"Toilet in room overflowed late at night. I tried plunger (waited awhile for front desk to have wife come get it) -- didn't work. Finished 'business' two floors down in pool area bathroom, then asked front desk lady if someone could go up to our room and take care of the problem. She said that no one who could do that was there, and that "they don't call plumbers for things like that."
In other words, I had to wake up my young son, move our family ... and ALL of our travel items from one room to another ... at 11:00 p.m. Needless to say I was not a happy camper, and I am confident that I won't be doing any future business (no pun intended) with Silver Cloud again.
